| 内容記述 | 本研究では、第1に筆者がおこなった不登校児童生徒への援助として、教員が心理臨床家（カウンセラー等）に求める役割（支援）を明らかにしたアンケート調査を整理し、第2に教育現場や不登校支援での教員の意識やニーズの研究を整理・再考し、不登校支援で心理臨床家（カウンセラー等）に求める役割として、特に「連携」と「教員への支援（コンサルテーション等）」であることが明らかとなった。心理臨床家（カウンセラー等）には、学校システムやコミュニケーションに視点をあて支援するアプローチやスキルが求められていること、「連携」や「教員への支援」を円滑におこなっていく為にも教員とのコミュニケーションが重要であることが示唆された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to find out what school teachers expect clinical psychologists such as school counselors when teachers work with non-attendant students. The questionnaires given to the teachers revealed that what they expect school counselors most was collaboration and support to teachers, rather than direct support to students such as counseling. The study also suggested that it is required for school counselors to have skills to approach teachers with knowledge on school systems and community resources and that it is important to communicate with teachers. | |||||
