| 内容記述 | In this study, we take up the preschool and nursery teachers' efficacy scales, it especially aimed to write critical review from a statistical point of view on the development process of preschool and nursery teachers' efficacy scales. Web searches were conducted using 2 databases, "CiNii" and "ERIC". The efficacy scale related to preschool and nursery teacher which be extracted from 15 papers was aggregated into seven types. In the analysis, we paid attention to content validity and construct validity of the seven preschool and nursery teachers' efficacy scales on scale development, and evaluated whether appropriate statistical methods were adopted or not. As a result, we concluded that only "Multidimensional Childcare Persons' Efficacy Scale" had adopted the appropriate statistical method in the development process. Therefore, considering that this scale measures only the effectiveness concerning "human relationships" as a part of the contents of childcare, it is desirable that we develop the preschool and nursery teachers' efficacy scale on the Five Areas of child's Development. | |||||
