| 内容記述 | 犯罪被害者支援に携わった警察官を対象にしてアンケート調査をし,そのストレス状況(CIS・PTSD傾向の二次受傷など)および予防,ストレス緩和要因について臨床心理学的視点から検討をした。警察・被害者支援室の協力を得て,2006年に実施した426名について分析した。その結果, a)ストレスヘの対処は,バランスが大切であること, b)PTSD傾向者への援助や予防は,画一的におこなうのではなく,その人のもつコーピング・スタイル(coping Style)に応じたものが有効であること, c)女性警察官や既婚者への支援はより手厚くする必要があること,などが,明らかになった。二次受傷(secondary traumatic stress)の先行研究でも支援者保有が有効であることは,多々指摘されており,これらの観点を活かして職場での精神的支えをどのように作るかが,犯罪被害者支援を左右する鍵となるだろうと考察された。 | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | A questionnaire survey was carried out in 2006 for the police officers who took part in support activities for crime victims. We analyzed the results of 426 cases collected by Crime Victims Branch of A Police Office, concerning the stress situation(CIS, Secondary traumatic stress etc.), its prevention, and stress coping factors from the point of view of Clinical psychology. As the result, fo1lowing points became clear: a)'Balance' is important to cope with stress. b) It is more effective for the person with PTSD tendency to be given support and preventive help according to his/her own stress coping style. c)Female police officers and married police officers need to be supported with greater care. As the many previous researches on Secondary traumatic stress indicate, this investigation also seems to prove that the key in supporting crime victims is for the helpers themselves to have means of mental support at their workplaces. | |||||||||||||
