| 内容記述 | 本研究は，無菌操作の技術修得時の学生の行動及び認識の特徴から技術修得における学生の認識の発展を明らかにし，個別指導の意義と課題を得ることを目的とする。研究対象はA大学看護学科１年生である。研究方法は無菌操作の個別指導後に提出された記録類について内容分析を行う。分析方法はまず無菌操作の定式という観点で意味づけを行い，それを研究素材とし，次に技術修得という観点でどのような認識の発展があったのかを明らかにした。 その結果，次のことが明らかとなった。１.無菌操作の定式については〔傷の手当〕の準備から実施を通して行為とその意味や目的とのつながりを考えながら確認していた。また〔常に滅菌物に注意を払う〕は定式に加える必要があること，〔清潔と不潔の境界域〕は最初から明確ではないのでそのときの認識を確認することが必要であることを明確にできた。２.複数の教員が関わる演習では,教育目標に照らし，ここで何を学ばせるべきか具体的行為のレベルで意味や学ばせたいことを共通理解することが必要である。３.個別指導については1）教員が｢行為とその意味，目的とのつながりをどのように描いているか」学生の認識を想像しながら,考えさせるよう意識的に指導すること。2)新しい技術の学びはじめは技術のポイントをおさえて関わること。3）技術修得のコツを意識できるよう関わること。4)客観的に自己の技術の修得レベルを評価できるようにすること。そのために(1)教員だけでなく学生もチェッカーになること。(2)看護者，評価者，患者それぞれ３つの立場を変換しながら自己評価できるようにすること。(3)個別指導の意義を学生が実感できるよう関わることが示唆された。 |

| 内容記述 | he purpose of this study is to clarify the importance of and a framework for individual guidance on the training for aseptic techniques by observing how students demonstrate the technique and how students develop their understanding while individual guidance was provided. The subjects are first-year nursing students. The method of the study is to analyze student's individual records after individual guidance for the aseptic technique has been provided. Based on the student's records, we first analyzed how students understood the technique as a formula. Next, we investigated how the students' understanding directly affected the students' mastering of the technique. The analysis revealed the following results: 1. Students managed to make the connection between the purpose and the formula for the practical technique. In addition, it was necessary for students to be aware of sterilized objects throughout the formula. 2. It was important to clarify the purpose of the training to all instructors if multiple instructors were involved in the training. In terms of individual guidance, instructors needed to: a) Remind themselves about students' understanding of the technique. b) At the beginning of the training, make sure to focus the lesson on the key points of the training. 3. Encourage students to become more aware of training trips. 4. Students need to self-evaluate their skill at the techniques. (1) Thus, not only an instructor but also a student can be an evaluator. (2) Students need to be able to self-evaluate by considering the perspective of the nurse, evaluator, and patient. (3) Students realized the purpose of individual guidance thorough the training. |
