| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は、保健所・市町村実習の実習前演習を受講した学生の学修過程を明らかにすることである。保健所・市町村実習終了後に、実習前演習が実践で役だった内容・応用できた内容と「ひとりで実施できる」に至るまでの変化の気づきについて調査を行った。研究対象者は，平成21年2月および9月，平成22年2月および9月に保健所・市町村実習を行った学生106名のうち，研究参加の同意を得られた97名である。 家庭訪問の実習前演習では、97名中86名（89%）が，「役だった」「少し役だった」と回答していた。自由記述からは、【家庭訪問場面のイメージ化】で，次いで【自分の傾向に気づく・自己理解】，【訪問ケースの複雑化と実習できる内容との差】，【意欲】の４つのカテゴリーが抽出された。また、保健師の同行訪問より，【保健師の専門性】，【住民の気持ちに寄り添う援助姿勢】，【住民の主体的な力を引き出す働きかけ】，【信頼関係の構築】の４つが抽出された。健康教育の実習前演習では、97名中92名（95%）が，「役立った」「少し役だった」と回答した。自由記述からは，【完成度の向上】で，次いで【気持ちの余裕】，【学びの深まり】，【現場と実践可能な健康教育内容との差】の４つのカテゴリーが抽出された。 実習前演習により、安心感を得て住民の生活の場へ入り、保健指導の諸活動の実際から学び、自信を持ってひとりで実施できる状態で実習に臨むことができたと考える。 |

| 内容記述 | The present research aimed at exploring the course of study for students who underwent pre-practicum exercises in community care practice. A survey was conducted on and content of pre-practicum exercises that were used and proved helpful in practice, and the participants' internal processes toward "individually administrable practices." The study sample consisted of 95 students who had provided consent to participate out of 106 students who conducted in a public health center practice. practice during February and September of 2009 and 2010. Out of 97 participants, 86 (89%) reported that pre-practicum home visitations exercises were "helpful" or "somewhat helpful." The following four categories were derived from free response items: "visualization of home visitation situations," "realization of personal tendencies/understanding of self," "gap between practicum content and the complexity of visitation cases," and "motivation." In addition, their responses to visitations accompanied by a health nurse yielded "professional skills of health nurses," "supportive positions that are aligned with the feelings of residents," "working to increase the independence of residents," and "building trusting relationships." Pre-practicum health education was reported as "helpful" or "somewhat helpful" by 92 out of 97 participants (95%). Free responses yielded "improved completion rates," "extent of feeling comfortable," "depth of learning," and "gap between content of health education and what is possible in practice and in the field." It is suggested that pre-practicum exercises afforded participants a sense of comfort, permitted them to enter the lives of residents, and learn from actual health guidance activities. In addition, the exercises may have led participants to have confidence in conducting practice independently, enabling them to be well prepared for practicum experiences. |
