| 内容記述 | 法も整備され，障害のある児童生徒のニーズに応じて支援していくことのできる環境が整ってきているが，社会の発展に伴う環境の変化により障害を持つ子どもは増加傾向にある。障害児には早期療育が必要であり，発達段階に応じた個別指導が重要となってくる。また，障害児のみならず保護者は多くの悩みを抱えていることを理解し，十分留意していく必要がある。 そこで，薩摩川内市子ども発達支援センター「つくし園」でボランティアを行い，実際に療育の現場を体験しながら子どもたちの変化を観察し，保護者に対してアンケートを実施した。 その結果，療育により子どもたちの社会的スキル（意思表示，コミュニケーション能力など）は向上し，保護者は養育上の悩みを多く抱えていることがわかった。また，障害を持つ母子にとって，療育施設は必要不可欠であり，どの発達段階においても児童生徒と保護者に寄り添うことが大切であることがわかった。 |

Individual guidance based on early prognosis and developmental stage in trouble is important. Also, parents with children with disabilities is needed is to understand that many troubles. Therefore, child development center "Tsukushi " in experienced remedial site and volunteers. And conducted a survey in the guardian. Turns out as a result, the following points. (1) By prognosis has improved social skills of children (gesture, communication skills, etc.). (2) Parents foster problems often have. (3) For the mother and child with disabilities care facilities need essential. (4) Important is that children and parents to cuddle at any development stage. |
