| 内容記述 | 近年，我が国の食をめぐる状況は変化し，食生活は多様化し，世代を超えて食を起因とする健康問題について危惧されている。そこで我が国では，健全な食生活を実践することができる人間を育てるために，「食育」の推進に取り組むことが重視されるようになり，子どもに対する食育における保護者や教育関係者の役割が明確化された。一方，これらの食にまつわる様々な社会問題を背景に，管理栄養士養成のあり方にも改善が求められるようになった。このような情勢をふまえ，本学科でも社会のニーズに応えるべく，とりわけ実践力を重視した教育を心がけている。 今回，公益社団法人鹿児島県栄養士会にて，食育の一環として毎月行われている「管理栄養士によるクッキング講座」について，その1回を本学が担当することになったことから，地域の父親を対象に，本学科学生をスタッフとして講座を実施することで，家庭での食育を担うべく父親の食意識を高めることと学生の管理栄養士として実践的な学びの場を提供することを目的とした。 講座は，父親の自立をテーマにして，「お父さんのための料理教室」と題して実施し，参加者および学生によるアンケートにて講座の評価を行った。参加者による評価では，献立および学生スタッフに対して高い評価を得ることが出来，今回の献立を家庭で再度作ってみようと考えた参加者も多くいた。一方，学生は参加者との関わりを通して，自分自身が楽しんで講座に参加したのみならず，指導者としての立場を初めて経験したことで喜びと同時に難しさも感じた様子が伺えた。今後，地元住民の多くの方に貢献し，さらに多くの学生にこのような実践的体験を味わう場を提供するためには，今回のような機会を継続的に設ける必要性があると考えられた。 |

| 内容記述 | Recently, our country has the apprehension about the health problems caused by the food in all generations according to changing of the food environment and diversified diets. Therefore it came to be made much of that we worked on promotion of "the dietary education" to bring up the human being who could have the healthy dietary habits in our country. Furthermore, it was clarified the role of parents and educators in the dietary education for the children. In our department, we make much of the education with power of execution in students to meet social needs on the basis of such situation. In this time, we were in charge of once, "the cooking lectures by the national registered dietitian" that performed as activity of the dietary education every month in the dietic association in Kagoshima. At the cooking lecture, the subjects were fathers from the local area, and staffs of this lecture were students in our department, our objects were that we improve the consciousness about the food of fathers needing to take dietary education at home and we provide the place of practical learning as a dietitian of the students. The lecture performed "the cooking lecture for fathers" as a title under the theme with independence of fathers and we evaluated the lecture with the questionnaire by the participants and the students. Fathers who participated in the lecture had the good evaluation to the menus and the students, and they thought to cook the menus at home again. On the other hand, the students enjoyed the lecture through the relation with the participants, and we understood the state that they felt pleasure and difficulty by having experienced the position as the leader for the first time. In future, we thought that there was the need to establish the opportunity like this lecture continuously to provide the place where there were the contribution for local people and the practical experience for many students. |
