| 内容記述 | This study was analyzed about how you had pointed a viewpoint about child care and child in the community design in Japan. The first period, it’s to a universal design from the barrier free (1994-), Most of a policy makes a senior citizen and a person with disabilities the subject. Therefore it’s based on the angle of the barrier free. On “Universal design outline (2005)”, A shift to a way of thinking of a universal design was advocated from a way of thinking of the case that the law which assumed a child and the family with children is necessary and the barrier free. On the other hand, since putting it in the child care support policy, “the child care barrier free” has been advanced as one of life environment support. When these two were compared, I found out that the barrier free which corresponds to a senior citizen and a person with disabilities and the child rearing barrier free are different. An important thing bears a child surely in child rearing, and it’s said that that is the support to bring up. | |||||
