| 内容記述 | 今回，NICU実習を経験した助産師学生の学びをNICU実習終了後に学生自身が自由記載したレポートにより検討した。研究方法は，過去5年間23名の助産師学生のNICU実習終了レポートから，NICU実習での学びを抽出しカテゴリー化した。分析および結果については，スーパーバイズを受けながら進め，分析内容の信憑性を高められるよう努めた。その結果，助産師学生のNICU実習での学びは，6つにカテゴリー化でき，【ハイリスク新生児の代表的な疾患の理解と特殊的なケアとの統合】【チーム医療が及ぼす効果とその重要性】【リアリティショックと恐怖感】【児と家族の未来へ向けての退院調整の在り方】【NICUにおける母親役割及び愛着形成を促す看護者の関わり方】【助産師のコア・コンピテンシーへの影響】を主に学んでいることが分かった。 NICU実習の経験で学生は，これまで学内で学習してきた内容と臨地での状況を照らし合わせながら，ハイリスク新生児の治療および看護の特殊性を学べていた。また，小さな命が懸命に生きようとする姿や真摯にケアをする看護者の姿を通して，倫理的側面においても同時に深く考察でき，改めて周産期医療の中での助産師の役割と責務について考える機会となっていた。このことからも，NICU実習での学生の学びは大きく，将来助産師として働くうえで重要な能力となる“助産師のコア・コンピテンシー”にも影響を与えた非常に意義ある実習であるといえる。 |

| 内容記述 | For the purpose of examining the learning of midwifery students who have experienced practical training in the NICU, we analyzed the reports freely written by the students themselves after the practical training there. As a research method, we collected reports from 23 students after the training in the NICU in the past 5 years, and categorized the contents. The analysis and results were supervised, and efforts were made to improve the credibility of the analysis content. As a result, the students’ ”learning of practical training in the NICU” were able to be categorized into 6 categories as follows: [Understanding typical diseases of high-risk newborns and integration with special care] [Effects of team medical care and its importance] [Reality shock and fear] [Adjustment of discharge for the future of newborns and families] [How nurses are involved in the NICU to promote the role of mothers and the formation of attachments between mothers and children][Impact on midwifery core competencies] And it was found that they were mainly learning about these categories. Through the experience of the NICU training, students were able to learn the peculiarities of high-risk newborn treatment and nursing by integrating what they had learned on campus with the on-site situation. In addition, they were able to deeply consider the ethical aspects at the same time through how small lives try to live hard and the appearance of nurses who take care of them sincerely. It was an opportunity to reconsider the role and responsibilities of midwives in perinatal care. From the above, the learning of students in the NICU training is valuable, and it can be said that it is a very meaningful training for them because it will affect the midwifery core competencies that will be an important force in working as a midwife in the future. | |||||
