| 内容記述 | 目的) 本研究は、小児看護学実習で, 自開症児の合目的行動を可能にした看護学生によるインリアル・コミュニケーション効果の実態を明らかにする。さらに,教授したインリアル・コミュニケ~ンヨンの原則と方法の効果的応用を考察する。 方法) 重症心身障害児通園施設での2日間実習で,自閉症児を受け持った看護3年次学生の実習体験記録の意味的・説明的要約分析を行った。 結果と考察) 2日間の実習全場面で,インリアル・コミュニケーションの観察。理解・傾聴により, 自開症児特有の言葉かけにより児からの諸反応を引き出し,児の合日的行動を誘導する看護学生の基本姿勢が立証・考察できた。 |

| 内容記述 | Aim: This research is to show the actual effect of INREAL communication through the nursing students' performance which enabled autistic children to act purposefully. Consideration is also given to effective ways of applying the principle and method of INREAL communication in which the students were trained. Method : The record of practice of two third-year nursing students who took care of autistic children at a day-care institute for physically and mentally heavily handicapped children were analytically summarized to clarify its significance. Result and Discussion : It was proved and maintained that the nursing students' basic stance of INREAL communication ; observation, understanding, listening, and special way of talking to autistic children, which was kept throughout the whole scene of two-day practice encouraged the children to react in various ways and enabled them to act purposefully. |
