| 内容記述 | 終末期看護における基礎教育の実態を知り課題を明確にすることを目的に文献による考察をした。その結果以下のことが言えた。 1.「医学中央雑誌」の1999年から2008年までの過去10年間の文献で「看護教育」と「終末期看護」をキーワードとして検索した結果54件が検出された。その中で対象が看護学生であり,原著である19件を分析した。 2.19件の研究概要では,死や終末期看護に関する学生の認識を示した研究が68.4%,その内訳は実習に関連したものが474%,それ以外のものが21.0%であり,実習に関連した研究が多かった。そして,終末期看護における教育的介入後の学生の実態と教育効果を示した研究が31.6%であり,教育的介入に関する研究は少なかった。 3.学生は,終末期看護の実習で患者。家族への看護の実際を体験することによって学ぶことが多かった。 4.基礎教育では,終末期看護に関して体系的な教育の必要性は論じられ実施されているが,教育方法・内容・評価は模索の段階である。 |

| 内容記述 | Literature was examined to gain an awareness of the reality and clarify the issues of basic education in terminal nursing care. The examination produced the following results. 1. Literature accumulated in Ichushi (Japan Central Medical Review) during the decade between 1999 and 2008 was searched for keywords "nursing education" and "terminal nursing care." Out of 54 hits, an analysis was made of 19 documents aimed at and authored by nursing students. 2. Of the 19 documents, 68.4% covered students' cognition of death and terminal nursing care. Of that Percentage, 47.4% discussed nursing practice and 2l.0% discussed other matters, indicating a large proportion of research on the practice of nursing care. The remaining 31.6% discussed the reality of students after educational intervention and the effectiveness of the education, indicating very little research on educational intervention itself. 3. In many cases students learned through the practical experience of providing nursing care for terminally ill patients and their families. 4. While the necessity for a systematic basic education curriculum in terminal nursing care that progresses from on-campus lectures to practice is frequently discussed, education methods, contents and assessment remain to be sought. |
