| 内容記述 | Ａ大学における成人看護実習は，健康回復支援実践（基礎）と，その後に行われる健康回復支援実践（応用）で構成されており，それぞれの臨地実習終了後に事例発表会を設けている。本稿では，健康回復支援実践（基礎）と健康回復支援実践（応用）の学びの内容の変化を知ることで，事例発表会の学習効果と今後の課題を検討するために，質問紙調査を行った。結果，健康回復支援実践（基礎）の質問項目の回答得点平均値と比較すると，健康回復支援実践（応用）では，ほとんどの項目で上昇した。この要因として，積極性と主体性をもって取り組めるようになった学生個人の成長が大きいと考えられた。また，事例発表会を運営するうえで大切だと考えることについて，基礎は10カテゴリー，応用は8カテゴリーが抽出された。基礎に特化していたカテゴリーは，【教員の発言】をはじめとする3つのカテゴリーが抽出され，応用に特化していたカテゴリーは【時間配分】であった。このことから，教員の関わりとして，基礎では学生の緊張の程度を考慮して肯定的に指導し，応用では学生の自主性を尊重して指導することが示唆された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Courses entitled Practice of Support for Recovery of Health (Basic) and Practice of Support for Recovery of Health (Advanced) that follows the basic course constitute the clinical nursing practice in adult nursing provided at University A. A case study presentation session is held at the end of each clinical practice course. This article describes the questionnaire survey I conducted to clarify the difference in the students’ learning in Practice of Support for Recovery of Health (Basic) and Practice of Support for Recovery of Health (Advanced) with a purpose to examine the effect of the presentation sessions on the students’ study and find ways to deal with future challenges. The results show that compared with the survey conducted after the Practice of Support for Recovery of Health (Basic), responses after the Practice of Support for Recovery of Health (Advanced) marked higher scores in average for most of the questionnaire items. Individual students at this stage had become able to study actively on their own, and this growth in their attitude was believed to be a major contributing factor to the improved results. Regarding factors considered important for facilitating the presentation session, 10 categories were extracted from the Basic course and eight from the Advanced course. Three categories were identified only after the Basic course including “teachers’ remarks.” Category found specific to the Advanced course was “allocation of time.” These results suggest that teachers should guide students in an affirmative manner paying attention to the degree of their nervousness in the Basic course, while they should respect the students’ autonomy in the Advanced course. | |||||
