| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は，地域看護領域が実践した健康教育演習を通して，看護学生が自己の課題を明確にできたか，また演習のあるべき内容について明らかにすることである。対象は実践看護学演習を受講した学生で，保健所・保健センター実習終了後に調査を実施した。その結果26名の学生から回答を得て，演習前・後および実習開始1週間後と実習終了後，演習終了後・実習終了後の自己評価得点の平均値を対応のある t検定を用いて分析した。 分析の結果，演習後と実習終了後において，学生は自己の課題を明確にできていたことが示唆された。また，自己評価項目の「対象の特徴および発達段階の特徴の理解」，「対象の健康状態のアセメント」，「看護問題（看護の必要性）の明確化」，「看護計画の立案」に関して，演習は効果的であった。しかし，「対象に対して，看護ケアについて説明や会話ができたか」の項目に関しては，さらなる演習の工夫が必要であることが示唆された。 |

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this research was to investigate how nursing tasks could be clearly shown to student-nurses via Community Health Care work-placements.Furthermore, areas which could be enhanced or improved were also investigated.All the subjects were current student-nurses.The location for the research was a public health center. In total, 26 answer sheets were collected for analysis. Judgements were made based on students responses to questions which compared three different time periods, namely: 1) Before nurse-training started AND after nurse-training started. 2) Seven days after a nursing-placement commenced AND after the placement ended. 3) At the end of a nursing-placement AND during nurse-training practice. Unsurprisingly, the results showed that students clearly understood required tasks after nurse-training and work-placements were completed. More specifically, students stated that work-placements were effective for the following: "correct understanding of patients", "clear understanding of further development requirements", "medical assessment of patients", "clearer understanding of why nursing itself is needed", "making accurate nursing plans". However, "how to talk earnestly with patients" and "how to give lucid explanations to patients" emerged as areas of concern.Students stated that work-placements would be much improved if these two difficult areas could be addressed more thoroughly, including alternative ways of dealing with these problems. |
