| 内容記述 | 【目的】看護学生の領域別実習前の演習における学びを分析し，教育上の示唆を得ることである。 【方法】1．対象：演習後に研究者が担当した学生から提出された記録類 2．分析期間：平成23年11月～平成24年2月 3．分析方法： 学びの内容がよくわかる学生8名の記録を丁寧に読み込み，「体験」からの学びを取り出し図示した。そこから学生の学びを抽出しカテゴリー化し，学びの共通性・相異性を明確にした。 【結果】1．事例に必要な看護を判断し実践するという演習の目的に到達した群と到達していない群の2群があった。 2．学びの共通性として＜対象との相互関係の大事さ＞ ＜専門知識に基づく判断の重要性＞ ＜対象の状態により変化させる看護の必要性＞＜自己評価＞＜グループワークの意義＞の5カテゴリーが抽出され，また相異性として{感情の乱れ }， {自己の不十分さ }， {部分行動への注目 }という 3サブカテゴリーが抽出された。 【考察】演習の目的に到達した群は，学びを経時的に具体から抽象のレベルまで考察できたが，到達していない群は，終始現象のレベルにとどまっていた。現象レベルの学生への対応が課題という教育上の示唆が得られ，学生の学びの段階を考慮するとともに，グループワークを肯定的に捉えられるような教員の関わりの必要性が考えられた。 |

| 内容記述 | Purpose: Through analysis of nursing students’ learning during training exercises conducted prior to practice in relevant fields, this study aims at suggesting ways to improve nursing education. Analytical method: (1) Research based on: Records submitted after training exercises by those students for whom the researchers were responsible. (2) Period analyzed: November 2011 to February 2012 (3) Analytical procedure: Careful study of the records of eight students, records that accurately indicated what they had learned. Hands-on experiences were isolated and analyzed in diagrammatic form; student learning was thus parsed and broken down into categories so as to reflect similarities and differences in learning experiences. Outcomes: (1) There were two groups - one group that achieved the goal of the training, that is, the ability to judge the sort of nursing needed in each case and to put it into practice, and the other group which did not achieve that goal. (2) Learning experiences in the following five categories were shown to be similar among all students: “the importance of a mutual relationship with the patient,” “the importance of judgment based on specialized knowledge,” “the necessity of flexible nursing depending on the condition of the individual patient,” “self-evaluation,” and “the importance of teamwork.” However, learning experiences showed differences from one student to another in the following three sub-categories: “emotional disturbances,” “lack of self,” and “attention to partial action." Discussion: It was possible to study on both a concrete and an abstract level, the learning over a definite period of time of the group that had achieved the training goal. On the other hand, the group that hadn’t achieved the goal persisted at the phenomenal level. Pointers were gained that the educational issues are how to handle those students who are stranded at the phenomenal level. It is thought that considering the learning stages of the students, as well as teaching staff who consider group work in a positive way are required. |
