| 内容記述 | 小学校・中学校・高等学校の学習指導要領の改訂により，情報教育及び教科指導におけるICT活用など学校における教育の情報化について一層の充実が図られた。教育の情報化は，効果的・効率的な教育を行うことにより確かな学力を確立するとともに，情報活用力など社会の変化に対応できる子どもの力を育むため必要である。 そこで，本研究では，鹿児島県下の高等学校家庭科教員を対象に，教育へのICT活用の現状を把握するとともにICTを活用する際の問題点を明らかにすることを目的としてアンケート調査を行った。その結果，調査時点での利用は多くないものの，ICT活用の有用性を認識し，今後の利用に積極的な姿勢の家庭科教員が多いことが示された。また，ICTを利用する際の問題点としては，ICT機器の不足など利用できる環境が整っていない，準備に時間がかかるなどがあげられた。生徒の個人差が大きく教育への配慮が必要と推測された調理・被服実習については，知識・技術ともに個人差があり，特に技術面に個人差を感じる教員の割合は100％近いことが示された。 この結果をもとに，教員の負担や経費をおさえたICT利用法を探るため，iPodを用いた簡便な方法により動画教材を作成し，それをWeb上の動画サイトにアップロードして評価を行った。この動画教材は，いつでもどこでも利用可能であることから，授業時間はもちろん，事前・事後学習や家庭等での利用を通して，生徒間にみられる知識・技術での個人差への対応策として利用することも可能である。LMSであるMoodleを用いて行った評価アンケートでは，データ数が少ないため予備的な段階ではあるか，高い関心と教育への効果を期待する結果が得られた。 評価アンケートにもあるように，今後は，確かな学力につながる「わかる授業」のために，どのタイミングでどのようにICTを教育に用いるのかについて考え，そのための環境整備と教員のスキルアップ，組織的なICT活用の推進へとつなげることが重要であると考える。 |

| 内容記述 | Further enhancement of the informatization of school was planned through the revision of ministry’s curriculum guidelines for elementary school, junior high school and high school. The informatization of school is required to cultivate solid academic capabilities and to cultivate capacities coping appropriately with social change through effective and efficient education by use of ICT. In this study, we, first, carried out a questionnaire survey to comprehend the actual situation of ICT use in home economics education at high schools in Kagoshima Prefecture. The results of questionnaire survey show that a large number of home economics teachers recognize the usefulness of ICT use in education and take a positive stance on ICT use in education though the usage situation is relatively low at present, and that the major problems in using ICT in education are regarded as the lack of ICT apparatus and the lack of preparations time. Substantially large differences of cooking knowledge, clothing knowledge, cooking skills and clothing skills among high school students are acknowledged by high school teachers and ICT use is expected to narrow the gaps of knowledge and skills. Based on the results of the questionnaire survey, we, second, propose a simplified method to make video teaching materials for cooking practice and clothing practice using iPod, which hold promise for reducing the burden of teachers and the cost to develop teaching materials. A couple of trial video teaching materials were made, and then they were uploaded on YouTube, the video site online. This allows video teaching materials to use anytime and anywhere, and, therefore, they are able to use outside of school times as well as at school times. They also might help reducing the gaps of knowledge and skills that exist among high school students. In the evaluation of the trial video teaching materials by faculties at teacher-training center of Kagoshima Immaculate Heart University, considerable concern and an expectation for educational effectiveness were shown. As were indicated in the comment of the evaluation, the important point in the educational use of ICT might be that how and when ICT should be used in the course of education for the students’ well understanding which lead to solid academic ability, that an environment for easy use of ICT in education should be improved, and that the enhancement of ICT skills of teachers is desired. An organizational effort would channel into better consequences. |
