| 内容記述 | 本稿の目的は，本学で行った一般病棟看護者を対象とした公開講座「認知症看護」（以下，公開講座）の評価と課題を明らかにすることである。 研究参加者は，平成24年度の公開講座参加者のうち，研究への協力が得られた38名である。公開講座終了時に，アンケート調査を行い，分析を行った。 分析の結果，前半の講義に対して全員が「よかった」と評価し，後半の事例検討会には「有意義だった」と評価した。 公開講座の内容は，認知症に関する基礎知識を主とした講義と事例検討会であった。これは，認知症の基本的な知識をふまえつつ，実際の看護場面を振り返る好機ともなり，参加者の満足につながったと考えられた。 今後は，認知症の基本的な知識をふまえつつ，臨床でその知識を使ったアセスメント，看護実践へとつながるような公開講座のあり方を検討していく必要がある。 |

| 内容記述 | A special training day on nursing for patients with dementia (hereafter training) was held in 2012 by this university targeting the nursing staff of our general ward. The aim of the study is to clarify how the participants in the training evaluated it and to examine how to improve the training in the future. The participants in the study consist of 38 people who participated in the training and gave consent to cooperate for the study. At the end of the training, we asked them to answer a questionnaire and analyzed the results. The first half of the training was a lecture while the second half involved a case study. The analysis found that all the participants evaluated the lecture as “good,” and case study “meaningful.” The lecture focused on basic knowledge of dementia, followed by a case study session. As such, it is believed that the training provided an opportunity for the participants to comprehend basics about dementia as well as to reflect on their actual nursing practices, which resulted in their satisfaction. In the future, we need to design a special training day that will enable the participants to clinically put into practice what they have learned in the training. |
