| 内容記述 | 【目的】実践看護学演習の効果について考察するとともに，次年度以降の演習・実習に役立てることを検討する。 【方法】調査対象者は，A大学看護栄養学部看護学科3年次生54名に自己記述式質問紙調査を実践看護学演習後，健康回復支援実践（基礎・応用）の実習終了後で3回実施した。調査項目は，筆者が作成した測定項目（演習の自己評価23項目と模擬患者（以下SPとする）に対する思い16項目），また，SPを活用するメリット・デメリットへの考えたことの自由記述であった。 【結果および考察】結果は自己評価・SPに対する思いの分析において高得点が得られた。また，SPを活用することのメリット・デメリットの記述の分析において【SPの存在からの学び】が得られた。これらのことは，「実践看護学演習」の効果であり演習の中にSPを導入したことも効果的であったと言えた。本演習はシミュレーション教育の実施と言え，今後はシチュエーション・ベースド・トレーニングを踏まえた演習を実施したいと考える。また，現在の看護教育が直面する課題の解決のためのカリキュラム全体の充実・教育方法のさらなる検討が必要であると考える。 |

| 内容記述 | Objective: This study aimed to discuss the effectiveness of the practice of practical nursing and how it can be utilized in the following year’s practice and practical training. Methods: A self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted on 54 third-year students in the Department of Nursing, Faculty of Nursing and Nutrition, University A, three times after practice of practical nursing and after completion of practical training in health recovery support (basic and applied). The survey items consisted of measurement items created by the author (23 items for self-evaluation of the practice and 16 items for thoughts about the simulated patients (SPs)), as well as free descriptions of thoughts on the advantages and disadvantages of utilizing the SPs. Results and Discussion: Results showed high scores in the analyses of self-evaluation and thoughts on SPs. In addition, in the analysis of descriptions of advantages and disadvantages of utilizing SPs, “learning from the existence of SPs” was obtained. From these results, it can be said that the “practice of practical nursing” was effective, and the introduction of SPs in the practice was also effective. This practice can be regarded as an implementation of simulation education, and we would like to conduct the practice based on the flow of learning in situation-based training in the future. It is also considered necessary to further examine the improvement of the overall curriculum and educational methods in order to solve the issues facing nursing education today. |
