| 内容記述 | 看護学教育において,看護学実習は看護者として必要な基礎的能力を修得するために必要不可欠な学習の場である。しかし,学生は講義や演習で習得した基礎的知識を実習の場で活用し,実践することに困難を生じている傾向にある。効果的な実習を行うには学生が学習意欲を持ち,主体的に自ら学ぶ力である自己教育力が要求される。自己教育力を高めていくことが看護に必要な基礎的能力の修得につながると推測し,成人看護学実習における病院実習開始前,病院実習終了後,学内演習終了後の一連の過程を通して学生の自己教育力に影響する要因にっいて検討した。その結果,病院実習開始前の学生の不安は高かったが,実習終了後には軽減され,教員よりも臨床指導者との関係性が大きく影響していた。また,看護過程を展開するにあたり,実践力には看護過程のアセスメントから看護診断を明確にするまでの思考過程が重要であり,実施したことを評価・修正することが自己教育力に大きく影響していたことが明らかになった。学生の評価・修正の能力を高めるには,基礎的知識の確保や対象のイメージ化ができるような講義や演習を工夫する必要があることの示唆が得られた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | In nursing education, nursing practice is an indispensable learning experience for the nurse in terms of acquiring necessary basic abilities. However, students are increasingly having difficulty transferring and putting into practice the basic knowledge they acquire in lectures and seminars, in real situations. For nursing practice to be effective, it is necessary for students to have a motivation for learning and proactively study independently, or in other words, have self-educational ability. Based on the hypothesis that the development of self-educational ability would lead to the acquisition of basic abilities necessary for nursing, an examination was carried out of the factors influencing the student self-educational ability throughout the following process of the adult nursing practice : pre-clinical nursing practice, post-clinical nursing practice, and post university seminars. The results of the study showed that student levels of anxiety were high before the beginning of clinical nursing practice and that it reduced after the conclusion of the practice. In addition, this was influenced more strongly by the relationship with the clinical instructor than with the university teaching staff. Furthermore, it became evident that, in the development of the nursing process, the thought process involved, from the assessment of nursing practice to the clarifying of the nursing diagnosis was important, and the evaluation and revision of what had been carried out in practice had a great influence on self-education ability. Thus we were able to gain insight into the following : in order to heighten the ability to evaluate and revise, it is necessary to ensure that lectures and seminars are designed in such a way as to ensure the acquisition of basic knowledge and the ability to imagine the subject of study. | |||||
