| 内容記述 | 本研究では心的外傷(トラウマ)のパーソナリティに及ぼす影響が,ロールシャッハ反応にどのように表出するのか, その現れを探索した。 研究対象としてPTSDの事例8ケース, トラウマとの関係が深いとされるBPDの事例11ケース, 統制群として健康群10ケースのロールシャッハ・プロトコルを用い, 名古屋大学式技法によるスコアの量的分析と,反応の質的分析を行なった。結果として,「血液反応」(Bl)の多さ, Positive feeling%の少なさ, 色彩優位の反応の多さ(FC<CF+ C)などが,PTSD, BPD両群に共通した。また,両群ともにPTSD症状の「再体験」を思わせる反応が多くのケースに見いだされ, トラウマの再現性や影響はロールシャッハ反応上にも見いだされることがわかった。 | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | This research is to investigate quantitatively and qualitatively how trauma effects the Rorschach responses of a group of people with Posttraumatic Stress Disorder and those with Borderline Personality Disorder who had traumatic experiences, applying Nagoya University Method. We made a quantitative comparison between Rorschach protocols of the following groups. Firstly between PTSD group (n=8) and control group (N=10), secondly BPD group (n=11) and control group, and lastly PTSD group and BPD group. The significant differences seen commonly in the Rorschach responses of the BPD group and those of the PTSD group were following: (a) high frequency of 'blood' response, (b)low Positive feeling%, (c)a predominance of color-dominated(CF and C) over form-dominated color(FC) responses. Through qualitative investigation, common characteristics were seen in subdivision of Affective Symbolism. Both high Anxiety feelings of PTSD and BPD were consisted of 'threatening percepts', 'disgusting percepts', and 'depressive gloomy percepts'. The elements commonly seen in the BPD group and those seen in the PTSD group reflected the difference of traumatic experiences both groups went through. Moreover, the responses indicating "re-experiencing of the traumatic event" which is one of the main symptoms of PTSD were seen in many cases of both FTSD and BPD. These results seem to suggest that trauma can influence Rorschach responses in the ways shown above. |
