| 内容記述 | 本研究では、教師独自のストレッサーや児童生徒へのかかわりを含むストレス反応、教師観・教育観が教師の属性によって違いがあるかを検討した。小・中・高等学校の教師759名を対象とする質問紙調査の結果、①担任を担当していることが、教師のストレッサーやストレス反応に影響がある、②女性教師が男性教師より、多くのストレッサーやストレス反応を抱えている、③＜教師の抱え込み傾向＞は、勤務年数の短い場合に有意に高いことが明らかにされた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This research examined the relation between teachers' specific stressors, the stress reaction which include communications with pupils, and a view on teacher and an educational philosophy with teacher's attribute. With 759 responses of teachers in elementary, junior-high, and high schools, the result showed that, teachers in charge experienced more stressors and stress reactions, female teachers had many stressors and stress reactions than male teachers, and teachers who worked less than 10 years took on work significantly. | |||||
