| 内容記述 | 心理臨床現場である医療・福祉・教育・産業といった様々な領域での業務, また臨床心理学的地域援助において, 他職種や同職種との「連携」「協働」は非常に重要である。現在は,「連携」「協働」をキーワードとした研究論文が多数ある。しかしその研究内容をみると「連携」「協働」の重要性・必要性が述べられ, 援助や支援の実際的方法や具体的運用について論じられその方略が展開されているものの, その多くが「連携」「協働」の定義・概念には触れられておらず, 共通の定義・概念が定着していないのが現状である。本稿では, 特にその相違に着日しつつ,「連携」と「協働」の定義や概念の整理および再検討を試みることを目的とする。また, それらを明確にすることによって見えてくる, 心理臨床の視点からの「連携」「協働」の可能性, 今後の課題を考察する。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Studies on “cooperation” and/or “collaboration” in the field of clinical psychology were reviewed in this article, comparing those notions in terms of definitions and concepts, referring them in the fields of medicine, mental health, welfare, and education. It was found that while some confusion in terms of definition was found between “cooperation” and “collaboration,” it was possible to suggest that “collaboration” connotes clearer recognition as a member among those who participate in a certain activity, and more focused vision on carrying it out. | |||||
