{"created":"2023-06-20T14:35:09.110719+00:00","id":596,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"00d0364c-0f6b-4234-9a64-7e1bb719b4fd"},"_deposit":{"created_by":15,"id":"596","owners":[15],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"596"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:kjunshin.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000596","sets":["1:108"]},"author_link":["1204","1208","1207","1205","1206","379","1209"],"item_10002_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2022-03","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"26","bibliographicPageEnd":"7","bibliographicPageStart":"1","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"鹿児島純心女子大学看護栄養学部紀要"},{"bibliographic_title":"Bulletin of Faculty of Nursing and Nutrition, Kagoshima Immaculate Heart University","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"【目的】 IGF-1(Insulin-like Growth Factor 1)は脳の正常な成長やエイジングを維持している。しかし,老化とともにIGF-1が減少するので,認知機能低下の予防として運動が挙げられている。本研究では,ストレス負荷ラットに運動と脂質のn-9,n-3,n-6系脂肪酸摂取が血液中のIGF-1に及ぼす影響について比較検討を行うことを目的とした。\n【方法】実験動物:Sprague-Dawley系雌ラットの4週齢を無作為にストレス負荷群とコントロール(ストレス負荷無し)群に分け,それぞれの群をさらにn-9系,n-6系,n-3系脂肪酸摂取群に分けた。ストレス負荷は,総金網ケージ(木片ソフトチップ無し),コントロールは木片ソフトチップ入りプラスチックケージを使用した。更に各食餌群は運動をする群と運動しない群とに分け,実験飼料で13週間飼育を行った。実験飼料:脂質はn-9系オリーブ油,n-6系紅花油,n-3系エゴマ油を使用し,それ以外の成分は全ての食餌群で同じであった。実験飼料は全ての食餌群のカロリー量を同一にして毎日投与した。運動はラット用トレッドミルで週2回,一匹5分間で行った。生化学的測定:測定キットを使用し,会社のプロトコールに従って行った。\n 尚,動物実験は鹿児島純心女子大学動物実験指針に従って行われた。\n【結果】血液中のIGF-1は,ストレス負荷の場合,オリーブ油群は紅花油群とエゴマ油群に比べて有意に低いのが認められた。オリーブ油群のIGF-1では,運動の影響は認められなかったが,紅花油群とエゴマ油群では運動により低下し,特に紅花油群では有意に減少した。一方,コントロールの各脂質群ともIGF-1はストレス負荷群より低い傾向であったが,運動の影響は殆ど見られなかった。血液と肝臓のトリアシルグリセロール(TG)は,ストレス負荷群の方がコントロールよりも運動の有無に関わらずに低い傾向であった。特に,コントロールのエゴマ油群はオリーブ油群よりも有意に低かった。血液と肝臓の総コレステロール(T-Cho)では,ストレス負荷とコントロールでは運動の有無に関わらず同じ傾向であり,そして,エゴマ油群はオリーブ油群に比べると有意に低いのが認められた。HDL-コレステロールは,ストレス負荷の方がコントロールより低い傾向であった。コントロールのエゴマ油群のHDL-コレステロールはオリーブ油群より有意に高かった。\n【結論】血液中のIGF-1の分泌において,ストレス負荷ではコントロールより増加傾向を示した。さらにn-6系紅花油とn-3系エゴマ油では,n-9系オリーブ油より高い傾向がみられた。IGF-1では,運動の有無の影響は見られなかった。\n","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"Background: Insulin-like Growth Factor 1 (IGF-1) acts a primary anabolic role in normal growth and regulate muscle mass and also neurogenesis in healthy body. The aim of this study was to clarify the effect of exercise on IGF-1 in the blood of rats exposed stress. Then, we compared the effects with n-3, n-6, and n-9 fatty acids.\nMethod: Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into stress group and control group. Then, each group were divided n-9 series of olive oil, n-6 of safflower oil, n-3 of egoma oil group. Further, each oil group has with and without exercise. The rats of each group were fed same nutrients except lipid, and given same amount of calories a day for 13 weeks.\nResult: IGF-1 in blood: the rats of stress, olive group showed significantly lower than safflower and egoma groups. Though IGF-1 of olive showed any effect from exercise, but safflower and egoma showed lower IGF-1 by exercise, especially, safflower showed significantly lower. In contrast, IGF-1 of control in all fatty acid groups showed lower than stress, and there was no influence with or without exercise. Triacylglycerol (TG) in blood and liver: stress showed lower than control with and without exercise. Total cholesterol (T-Cho) in blood and liver: stress and control showed no difference with and without exercise. In addition, egoma group showed significantly lower than olive group of TG and T-Cho. HDL-cholesterol (HDL-Cho) in blood: stress showed lower than control in all groups. HDL-Cho of egoma in control was significantly higher than olive.\nConclusion: IGF-1 in blood, stress showed higher than control.
