University","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_12":{"attribute_name":"論文ID(NAID)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"40022600531","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"【目的】栄養と運動が情動行動の攻撃行動に関与していることは示唆されている。本研究では,動物性または植物性たんぱく質とn-9系・n-6系・n-3系脂肪酸との組合せがラットの攻撃行動に及ぼす影響について,運動を負荷したラットで比較検討を行った。【方法】4週齢のSprague-Dawley系雌ラットを6食餌群に無作為に分け,実験飼料で13週間飼育した。実験飼料:動物性たんぱく質としてカゼイン,植物性たんぱく質として大豆たんぱく質,脂質はn-9系オリーブ油,n-6系紅花油,n-3系エゴマ油を使用した。ほかの成分は全ての食餌群とも同じであった。攻撃行動実験:ラットの胴体のサイズと同じ大きさの筒を使用して対戦させ,先に筒から出た方を負けとして行った。運動:ラット用トレッドミルを使用して行った。【結果】たんぱく質と脂質が同じ食餌群の運動負荷の有無によるラットの攻撃行動では,オリーブ油群のカゼインでは運動の効果は見られなかったが,大豆たんぱく質では運動負荷の攻撃行動が著しく増加した。紅花油群はカゼインでは運動負荷で攻撃行動は増加,大豆たんぱく質で著しく低下した。エゴマ油群の攻撃行動は,運動負荷によりカゼインと大豆たんぱく質ともにコントロールより顕著な減少が認められた。カゼインの方が大豆たんぱく質よりも攻撃行動はどの脂肪酸でも高い傾向であった。さらに,カゼインの攻撃行動は,運動負荷に関わらずエゴマ油群と紅花油群がオリーブ油群よりも上昇した。大豆たんぱく質の攻撃行動は,オリーブ油群で運動負荷によりコントロールより顕著に増加したのが認められた。【結論・考察】攻撃行動は,動物性たんぱく質のカゼインの方が大豆たんぱく質よりも運動の有無に関わらず上昇した。更に,脂肪酸の質により運動の効果は異なった。本研究での運動は,週2回のトレッドミル5分間という軽い負荷であったので,もっと強度の運動と栄養と攻撃行動の関係については今後の課題である。(著者抄録)","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA11824432","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_10002_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"1348-4303","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorAffiliations":[{"affiliationNameIdentifiers":[{"affiliationNameIdentifier":"","affiliationNameIdentifierScheme":"ISNI","affiliationNameIdentifierURI":"http://www.isni.org/isni/"}],"affiliationNames":[{"affiliationName":"","affiliationNameLang":"ja"}]}],"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"坂井,
