University","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_12":{"attribute_name":"論文ID(NAID)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"40022600525","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"【目的】筋肉から分泌されるたんぱく質はマイオカインと呼ばれ,20種類以上のたんぱく質が知られており,その中の一つがマイオネクチンである。マイオネクチンは栄養との関連があるとされ,骨格筋から血液中に分泌されている。本研究では,たんぱく質と脂質の質の相互作用と運動負荷に対するマイオネクチン産生との関連性について比較検討を行った。【方法】実験動物:Sprague-Dawley系雌ラットの4週齢を無作為に動物性たんぱく質食群と植物性たんぱく質食群に分け,それぞれの群の中をn-9系,n-6系,n-3系脂肪酸摂取群に分けた。更に,各食餌群は運動を負荷する群と負荷しない群とに分け,実験飼料で13週間飼育を行った。実験飼料:動物性たんぱく質として,カゼイン,植物性たんぱく質として大豆たんぱく質を使用した。たんぱく質と脂質以外の成分は全ての食餌群で同じであった。実験飼料は全ての食餌群のカロリー量を同一にして毎日投与した。生化学的測定は測定キットを使用し,会社のプロトコールに従って行った。尚,動物実験は鹿児島純心女子大学動物実験指針に従って行われた。【結果】実験食で飼育中の体重増加量は,動物性たんぱく質摂取のラットの方がn-9系オリーブ油群,n-6系紅花油群,n-3系エゴマ群において大豆たんぱく質摂取のラットに比べて有意に高かった。血液中のマイオネクチンは,動物性たんぱく質群の方が,大豆たんぱく質群に比べて有意に高いのが認められた。血液中のトリアシルグリセロール(TG)は,動物性たんぱく質の方が大豆たんぱく質より有意に高く,マイオネクチンのパターンと同じ傾向を示した。血液中の総コレステロール(T-Cho)は,動物性たんぱく質と植物性たんぱく質において,n-3系エゴマ油群がn-9系オリーブ油群やn-6系紅花油群より有意に低下した。肝臓のTGでは,n-9系オリーブ油群とn-6系紅花油群が他の食餌群に比べて有意に高く,肝臓のT-Choでは,オリーブ油群が他の食餌群に比べて有意に高かった。血液中のグルコースでは,動物性たんぱく質群と植物性たんぱく質群は同じ傾向であった。一方,血液と肝臓のグルコースでは,運動による影響は認められなかった。【結論】血液中に分泌されるマイオネクチンは,動物性たんぱく質であるカゼイン摂取群のほうが大豆たんぱく質群よりも有意に増加し,それは運動の影響よりも著しいのが示された。更に,カゼイン摂取群の中では,n-3系エゴマ油群がオリーブ油群や紅花油群に比べて有意に低く,それは血液や肝臓におけるTGと同じ傾向であった。(著者抄録)","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA11824432","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_10002_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"1348-4303","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorAffiliations":[{"affiliationNameIdentifiers":[{"affiliationNameIdentifier":"","affiliationNameIdentifierScheme":"ISNI","affiliationNameIdentifierURI":"http://www.isni.org/isni/"}],"affiliationNames":[{"affiliationName":"","affiliationNameLang":"ja"}]}],"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"坂井,
