{"created":"2023-06-20T14:35:05.256057+00:00","id":522,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"d84882d2-432a-4021-9bc8-3f4b4a9977e2"},"_deposit":{"created_by":15,"id":"522","owners":[15],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"522"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:kjunshin.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000522","sets":["1:69"]},"author_link":["1011","1012","549","379","369"],"item_10002_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2009-06","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"16","bibliographicPageStart":"7","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"13","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"鹿児島純心女子大学看護栄養学部紀要"},{"bibliographic_title":"Bulletin of Faculty of Nursing and Nutrition, Kagoshima Immaculate Heart University","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"鰹節がコレステロールを摂取したラットの血漿脂質と不安行動に及ぼす影響について検討を行った。ラットは6群に分けられ,2群ずつ鰹節,コーン油,大豆油に分け,それぞれの群でコレステロール添加の有無によって飼育された。\nコレステロールを摂取したラットの血中のトリグリセライドは,鰹節群の方がコーン油群や大豆油群より有意に低いのが認められた。HDL― コレステロールはコーン油群と大豆油群はヨレステロール添加により減少を示したが,鰹節群はヨレステロール添加により影響を受けなかった。血漿中の総コレステロールはコレステロール添加によりコーン油群は有意に増加したが,鰹節群は増加せずコレステロール無添加群のレベルを維持していた。一方,肝臓中の総コレステロールはどの群でもコレステロール添加によりコレステロールエステルの増加により有意に上昇した。\n不安行動実験では,鰹節群のコレステロール無添加の場合は,コーン油群や大豆油群より消極的な傾向であったが,コレステロールを添加することによりコーン油群や大豆油群と同じように積極性が出てくる傾向が認められた。\n体重は自由に餌を摂取した鰹節群(± コレステロール)において,コーン油群や大豆油群に比べ増加の傾向であったが有意差は認められなかった。一方,1日に摂取する餌の量を各群とも同量に制限した場合には,各群間に体重の有意な差は認められなかった。\n以上の結果より魚の加工保存食品である鰹節は,魚油と同じような血漿脂質低下作用が認められ,さらに行動にも影響を及ぼすことが明らかとなった。特にコレステロール摂取ラットの血漿脂質を増加させない効果,さらにコレステロール添加がラットの行動を活発にさせることは興味を惹き,ヒトでも同様の作用があることが示唆された。\n","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"To investigate the effect of intake of both n-3 fatty acids and cholesterol at the same time to improve hyperlipidaemia and mood, we examined the effect of dietary Katsuobushi which contained n-3 fatty acids on plasma and liver lipid 1evels and mood in rats fed experimental diets. The rats were divided into six groups with 6% (w/w) lipids: Katsuobushi, corn oi1, soybean oil for each group ( + 2% cholesterol). Katsuobushi with cholesterol feeding showed a low level of TG and Total cholesterol levels of plasma compared with corn oil and soybean oil groups. Katsuobushi with cholesterol also maintained HDL-cholesterol level instead of decreasing like corn oi1 and soybean oil groups. In contrast, total cholesterol 1eve1s in liver increased dramatically in all groups due to the production of cholesterol esters. In the open field behavior experiment, Katsuobushi group showed less movement than corn oil or soybean oi1 groups. However, Katsuobushi with cholesterol group observed increasing movement to the same level as corn oi1 and soybean oil groups. We confirmed these results for Katsuobushi by replacing with fish oil and then got the same results.\nThese results indicate that Katsuobushi has the same lipid lowering effect as fish oil and affects mood behavior in rats fed rich cholesterol
