The result shows that the outreach progran'1、vas rated satisfactory in all three Periods. However, when the services provided by two different professionals were categorically analyzed, the contents of the conversations and the needs of the participant varied.\nThe commonalities between a nurse's and a clinical psychologist's supports were `”being a conversational partner”, listening to an individual’s Story\", and “empathetic understanding\". The categories that are specific to a nurse were `”psychological education about disorders and medication”, practical tips to deal with symptoms and medication.'' The categories specific to a clinical psychologist were “a family support”, “psychological education to a family”, giving a relationship advice\", and “helping one rebuild a female role.''\nIf the professional strengths of both nurses and clinical psychologists are provided in a Psychiatric outreach program, the support for not only a patient but his or her family can be enhanced.
