{"created":"2023-06-20T14:34:58.822387+00:00","id":410,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"ccbe90c2-ef2a-485f-8235-7151a5fe504f"},"_deposit":{"created_by":15,"id":"410","owners":[15],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"410"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:kjunshin.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000410","sets":["1:83"]},"author_link":["401","925"],"item_10002_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2017-05","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"21","bibliographicPageStart":"13","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"21","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"鹿児島純心女子大学看護栄養学部紀要"},{"bibliographic_title":"Bulletin of Faculty of Nursing and Nutrition, Kagoshima Immaculate Heart University","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_12":{"attribute_name":"論文ID(NAID)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"40021344317","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"制度導入から1年経った時点での機能性表示食品の認知および機能性表示に関わる食品区分の違いの認識について,女子大学生およびその家族を対象に質問紙調査を実施した。質問紙を回収した563名(学生371名,家族192名)のうち,食品区分の認知・認識に関する質問について回答が適切でなかった者を除外した540名(学生357名,家族183名)について解析を行った。機能性表示食品を聞いたことがあると回答した者は59.1%であり,機能性表示食品に関する何らかの知識を有していると回答した者は35.6%であった。機能性表示食品の認知は,栄養機能食品と同等であったが,特定保健用食品よりも低かった。機能性の表示に関する食品の区分について何らかの知識を有していると回答した者は38.7%であった。特定保健用食品,機能性表示食品,栄養機能食品,いわゆる健康食品,一般食品の5つの区分に関して,機能性の表示が許可された食品について正しい認識を有していた者は35.6%,国の審査を受けている食品について正しい認識を有していた者は37.0%,特定のマークがある食品について正しい認識を有していた者は49.4%であり,3つの項目全てで正しい認識を有していた者は8.1%であった。機能性の表示に関する各食品区分の違いについての周知の必要性を感じていると回答した者は83.9%であった。これらの結果より,機能性表示食品の認知は制度導入1年で約6割と進んでいるのに対し,機能性の表示に関する食品区分に関して正しい認識を有している者は調査した3項目全てで4割に達しておらず,食品の機能性の表示に関して国民・利用者への周知および啓蒙の必要性が示唆された。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"We conducted a questionnaire survey regarding understanding of Foods with Function Claims (FFC) and the ability to distinguish differences in food categories regarding such function claims among university female students and their families. A statistical analysis was conducted with valid responses (n=540; students n=357, families n=183). 59.1% of the responders recognized the FFC, and 35.6% of the responders had some knowledge of such FFC. The recognition rate of the FFC was similar to that of Foods with Nutrient Function Claims (FNFC), but it was lower than that of Foods for Specified Health Uses (FOSHU). 38.7% of the responders answered that they had some knowledge of the food categories regarding the such function claims. Among the five categories (FOSHU, FFC, FNFC, so-called health food and foods in general), 35.6% of the responders were able to correctly chose the food categories those can label a function claim. 37.0% of the responders correctly chose the food category approved by the government, and 49.4% of the responders correctly chose the food category that has a symbol mark. 8.1% of the responders correctly understood all 3 questions mentioned above. 83.9% of the responders felt the need for some explanation and enlightenment regarding the differences among the food categories regarding such function claims. These results demonstrated that the accurate recognition of differences in food categories regarding foods with function claims has not yet reached a satisfactory level among consumers.
