ID","nameIdentifierURI":"http://ci.nii.ac.jp/nrid/9000006940409"}]}]},"item_1_description_1":{"attribute_name":"ページ属性","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"P(論文)","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_1_description_11":{"attribute_name":"抄録(日)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"2012年度に実施したロンドンにおける海外研修について，海外研修方向性決定までの経過と実施した研修内容を振返りつつ，参加学生のレポートから海外研修の意義と課題を明らかにしたいと研究に取り組んだ。\n海外研修前の学生全体のニーズは大学での授業･実習への参加という主体的な研修より，病院見学などを主体とした“見て感じる”研修だということがうかがえ，その方向で進めていった。研修後の参加学生のレポートから，次のような意義と課題が明確となった。1.看護の先駆者であるF.Nightingaleについて概念的な認識から，研修を通して具体的な像が広がり存在を実感する。さらに学習したことの意味を考える表象的な認識に変化し関心が増す。2.個々の看護観が医療施設の見学や参加を通してより明確になる。3.日本と異なる医療保険制度やホスピスのあり方について違いを明確にし，対象の位置から意味をとらえ自己の考えを確認する。保健医療に関して国際的視野が広がる。4.看護の本質である「患者中心の看護」を確認している。5．世界遺産や博物館，美術館見学を通して歴史や文化の豊かさ，寄付文化など，異文化理解につながった。教育的課題として1.4年次の卒業直前の研修旅行であったために，研修成果は卒業後の職業生活にはいかされると推測されるが確認はできない。その成果を在学中の自己の学習に反映したり後輩達へつなげることができない。これらを考えると4年次以外の時期の検討や複数学年にまたがる研修も検討してよいのではないか。2.研修前に期待していた地域の人との交流がなかった。そのために会話に対するストレスの記載はなかったが「もう少し英語が話せるようになりたい」という意見もあり研修内容のさらなる検討も必要である。\n","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_1_source_id_13":{"attribute_name":"雑誌書誌ID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA11824432","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_1_text_3":{"attribute_name":"記事種別(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_text_language":"en","subitem_text_value":"Departmental
