火山灰による被服の汚れと洗浄について(第一報) : 火山灰の付着による皮脂汚れの洗浄 About dirt and washing clothes with the pozzuolana : Washing of sebum dirt because of adhesion of pozzuolana 山口, 明美 ヤマグチ, アケミ 山口 ヤマグチ 明美 アケミ ヤマグチ, アケミ Yamaguchi, Akemi 鹿児島 火山灰 皮脂汚れ 硬度 洗浄性の評価 Kagoshima Pozzuolana Sebum dirt Hardness Evaluation of washing P(論文) 衣類の洗浄の基本は"もとにもどす"ことである。長い年月を経て洗浄力を高めるための研究がなされ,洗濯機,洗剤はより優れたものが登場し,洗濯は容易になったかのように思われる。しかし,汚れの成分によっては洗浄効果があらわれないこともある。その一つとして鹿児島地区では馴染みの固体粒子である火山灰と油脂成分である皮脂汚れとの混合汚れを想定し,家庭洗濯における固体粒子である火山灰と油脂汚れの個々の成分の洗浄されやすさを検討することを目的とした。8種の皮脂成分と火山灰を用いて作製した人工汚染布を,6種の洗剤を用い,洗浴温度,洗浴硬度を変えてターゴトメータで洗浄し洗浄性を評価した。その結果,洗浄力に最も影響を与えるのは硬度であることがわかった。繊維と洗剤との関係において,洗浄力の評価に石けん,合成洗剤の違いよりむしろ繊維基質に起因することもわかった。また,皮脂成分の中では,コレステリンステアレート,トリオレイン,スクアレンは除去されにくいことがわかった。 It seems to have become easy to wash as a more excellent washing machine and the detergent appeared to improve the washing power. However, the effect of washing is not occasionally shown according to the element of dirt. The purpose of this research is to examine the easiness of this mixture dirt to wash. After the liquid temperature and the hardness for washing were changed by using six kinds of detergents, and the artificial pollution cloth made by eight kinds of sebum element and pozzuolanas was washed with Terg-o-Tometer, washing was evaluated. Consequently, it has been understood that it is hardness to influence the washing power most. In the relation between the fiber and the detergent, it has been understood that the character of the fiber influences the evaluation of the washing power from the kind of the detergent.
